737 MAX LEAP X Engine missing performance targets.

not just the LEAP-1B
pretty sure the LEAP-1A is missing its target by 5%
and of course Pratt and the PW1000G is also having so pretty big issues. (cooling problems that are causing rubbing)
First it was the A350, then the A380, then the 787 not the 320NEO/737MAX. Boy the OEM side of this industry needs to get its s**t together
