Allegiant posts $220 million net profit for 2016

This is down 0.4% from 2015, but considering that they had a 27.1% increase in salaries and benefits, they are evidently managing their finances quite well. The airline will become all-Airbus by 2019 They intend to retire all 4 of their 757s this year.

Good point Jim. That 220m profit is darn good for such a small airline. Heck, we were posting about that same profit just a few years back. Congrats to the Allegiant employees...
