Hey Bears, has anyone ever told you that you are one IGM m'fer.

The perfect representative of the modern UNION.

The true face of the leftist socialist.

Keep representing. You are doing a great job.

What's the matter La Lay LOW ? Truth hurt when I point out you nit wits NEVER saw a company contract that you couldn't resist VOTING YES FOR ????????? Sadly, the ONLY BAWLS within the TWU were ALWAYS on the upper East Coast and (sometimes) ORD. But AA always knew that you spine-less CS's in DFW and TUL would get what AA wanted every friggin' time ! PROVE ME WRONG D-Head, go ahead, I D A R E YOU. Which is why I hope and pray that AA eliminates every friggin' job in TUL that they can !!
OH, and ask yourself which is the IRON STRONGEST local in the TWU (led by samuelson) ? Those REAL UNION men and women, NEVER want for ANYTHING in local ' 100 ', which I'm sure frosts your mini nuts !!!!!!!!!!!!! YUP, the MAILMAN with my 4 checks comes early this month because of labor day !!! Again, keep banging out that OT, to contribute MORE to me SS check, SUCKER !!

OK first off numb nuts I was in Fleet Service. TUL and TULE combined totaled less than 150 people. I can't speak for the mechanics but MY shop hardly had the numbers to make or break contract votes. Even if our numbers were more MOST of the people in my shop bumped from another station (meaning the were from other places besides TULE/TUL/DFW). We had a ton of people show up post 9/11 and decided to stay because they had enough seniority to get days and weekends off and the work was less physically demanding.

So case in point...... as usual, you don't know what the hell your talking about.

Again, a fine representation of the modern IGM UNION member.

What I find hilarious is you state you get all this bank in your retirement, yet you don't have anything better to do than make stupid comments on a forum. Pretty pathetic if you ask me that you can't find anything better to do in your retirement.

Bears.... do you EVER get tired of looking like a fool? EVER?

Congratulations to the association for delaying the negotiations until the precipice of a recession, unlike the other unions who voted on union representation and securing contract improvements years ago. ;-)
So ur ok w concessions contract which is what this mgmt wants despite n contradictory to d.p. stating we deserve leading industry contracts. Yet company proposal is full of Gray areas. Im done w concessions n this airline is multi billions a yr profit airline. Why concessions

I can see your point of view, if i were usair id have the same view. Id be happy to drag it out.

Personally id rather have a settlement than drag out. But i dont want a concessionary n i dont want LAA CH11 type as thats a concession type. I believe if we cld have industry then look at WN in addition to DL n UA

If you consider pay increases, differential pay. Better overtime pay 401 k match concessionary then your a fool.
Don’t get me started on the higher insurance as an argument or the fact they won’t add a bunch of cities as concessions
That’s just a distraction by the union to convince us to support this BS ASS.
We have or should I say had an agreements that offered several improvements to all our contracts.
I continue to fail to see why waiting on the perfect agreement which is costing us money everyday is such a win for anyone.
I know one thing my cost out in the real world continue to go up, my car insurance my home owners insurance as well as just everyday expenses. That’s life but those who are suppose to be working for me are costing me more.
So screw the IAM and those who want to keep waiting I truly hope they are fined big time and can rid ourselves of these jerks

All I want to know, is,.....Did you vote YES on any of these POS contracts ??????????????

Ok. Stay of the booze though cuz you start posting dopey things. Maybe limit yourself to beer only. Tennessee whiskey is good but not for everyone.
Haven't had any alcohol for about a week and half. New meds restricts me from drinking until they are all gone. This coming weekend will be a well deserved marathon of drinking as I have two weekends to make up for now. BTW don't do whiskey.

Ive seen from my union reps what Mark Baskett put out last week that the NMB will "schedule meetings soon" i do agree that Samuelson should of never threatened. If he didnt threaten n we were here wear we are at what wld be ur response?
Here's the quote from the asso update, note that it said next week, which would have been last week, and here we are going into the second week and still nothing about future dates. As I said before could it be that the NMB was not happy with the "status meeting" results? In the asso update no mention that they are willing to move, just that they are willing to meet anytime, anywhere. If the asso is still holding their ground and not willing to move their is no need to set any dates...

"We expect the NMB Board Members to contact both parties next week with their plan for further negotiations."

Every contract has something in it that someone considers a concession and every contract has grey areas. Even our 2001 contract had grey areas, for the year we had it. You are hunting moby dick and you will never get whatever you are looking for in a contract.

With this association there will never be the perfect contract. Two different unions with different priorities with about 20 different work groups. You will not get the perfect contract. Even AMFA didn’t get the perfect contract, it did get the best contract it could get though.

Time for you realize that you are not a 5 year old holding your breath. What you are is a mechanic losing about $100 dollars a day cash plus sick vacation 401k investment etc.

The worst part about all this, I am forced to be in a union with deep thinkers like yourself with a train guy that is in charge of half this association and has no accountability to us.

Nope not a 5 yr old. Nope. Not a mechanic either. Just a 23 yr veteran of LUS now LAA. Not typically deep thinker. Just look at the whole big picture. If AMFA got best deal out there then clearly we as FSA n U AMTs deserve similar n yes Im fully well aware we wont get everything. I actually expect we LUS will end up w no more catering. But what i want is improved contracts similarly to our 2014 n 99 agreements but enhanced better. Id like to have 401K w match
