It seems that there was a similar incident involving a Danish MD-80 flying to Kabul to Copenhagen on a military charter; the Captain had a bad medical emergency --- severe cramps and seizure, along with confusion and had to be be restrained by other crew members as the F/O diverted the flight to Ashgabat, Turkmenistan.
