Congrats to JB and employees!

Also congrats on the 3rd Q numbers setting new records...

actually, B6's RASM gain was lower than the big 4's gain in the domestic market - B6 is primarily a domestic airline and their costs grew far faster than the big 4 airlines did.

You seriously need to go and post on jetblues performance to denegrade them - what is wrong with you

Congrats to JB - sorry the dark cloud came to tell you how JB is no DL

Just put him on ignore

My point is made once AGAIN that when someone post positive and good news for an airline WT will come in and bring ANY kind of negative towards that airline to try and make his beloved Delta look so much better.  A PATHETIC little boy needing to get more adda boys, and pats on the back from his father that he never received growing up as a youngster, too bad for him huh?  BTW, I do believe that Delta posted a rather large less of a profit for 3Q 2014 than they did for 3Q 2013.  What about that WT?  1.3 billion compared to 340ish million.  What gives?  Why such a dramatic loss in differences between the two years?  Delta not looking as good as all the other airlines growth in annual profits year over year from 13 to 14, why is that WT.  Even much smaller airlines are making Delta look very bad,  Hmmm...

you can't stand that Wall Street was not impressed with B6's results.

and the irony is that I congratulated WN who did a fine job and still managed to share a significant portion of its profits with its people.

on a percentage basis, DL's profit sharing is larger than WN's but WN is sharing its profits with its employees.

WN also reported strong domestic RASM growth while B6 was well below the industry.

Wall Street has been pushing B6 to improve its revenue performance for several quarters including squeezing more seats into aircraft, doing a better job of pricing, and charging for services that B6 gives away.

it is far from a slam to mention those things and note that B6 is not delivering what Wall Street wants while toehr carriers are.

Bless your heart

Every airline had negatives except one DL - stay in fantasy land

Again congrats to JB

Has anyone ever gone to a party, the music is jamming, everyone is kicking the funk having a good time, and then the dreaded uninvited dbag enters the room?

except that companies that are publicly traded don't get to have private parties. neither do US airlines.

B6's financial information is highly public.

further, B6 people populate this board less than perhaps any other airline's employees.

B6 is a good airline but Wall Street is expecting them to change their business model and generate better returns than they are showing right now.
