Customer left on Hold for SIX HOURS

I am not surprised.
 
Ever call AT&T customer service?
 
This is what happens when you outsource customer service to a company that uses a bunch of temps. The quality falls through the floor.
 
But hey....... it's cheap right?
 
Why would anyone in his/her right mind sit on hold for six hours?  I agree, I don't buy this story, on many levels.
