An “Objective” Of USAPA

"..US Airline Pilots Association’s seniority proposal does not breach its duty of fair representation provided it is supported by a legitimate union purpose (LUP)...."

.......how you are instructing the new hires to keep the Westies fenced in PHX so that the new hires can be Captains in a few years?

1) As utterly astonishing and just-plain-inconceivable as it might seem; it is not the vaunted "army" of leo-whatever, not even your finest "spartans" or "knights", that will make any judgement of what constitutes any/all legitimacy in union purposes. You're running a purely faith-based cult out there....period.

2) They don't need any "instructing", assuming they came in blessed with the mental acuity needed to both walk and chew gum at the same time. Why don't you folks get busy instead, instructing them on the obvious benefits of having 1700 or so placed on top of their current "career expectations" and "relative seniority"? ;)

"...keep the Westies fenced in PHX.." sounds very much like a "personal problem" to me. You could, as we speak, be bidding east on your DOH, but chose to play other games instead. The west could have offered some/ANY sensible compromise at Wye, but adamantly chose not to do so. Enough with your pointless and incesseant whining out there already. You've made of your group one that isn't truly the apex performer of all sympathy garnering enterprises throughout human history.

No change Clax. Here are the words that are the most important in Judge Silver's order: "..US Airline Pilots Association’s seniority proposal does not breach its duty of fair representation provided it is supported by a legitimate union purpose (LUP)...."

Hurry up and get us a contract with DOH / DOH-lite. Get LCC to sign on the dotted line, and we will be "off to the races"!

Hey! Here's a great idea: Why don't you fill pages up here on how many upgrades you're going to get, and how you are instructing the new hires to keep the Westies fenced in PHX so that the new hires can be Captains in a few years?

SYIC-A
"It is off to the races" you say. That is not a good analogy to your future attempt at a DFR suit, unless you race turtles. SYIC for the next 10 years. Keep sending fergie the money.

Gee..I wonder which resolutions will pass and which will be voted down 8 to 3.

What...you did not see my response?

10 years? How do you figure? The company will settle without it ever going to court, and they will do it pretty darn fast.

They are not going to get a contract...DOH or otherwise.

Usapa is absolutely incapable of the most basic functions.

But, to answere Claxon's question about what we got for our 2 million in legal expenses, that is simple.

We get the Nic, to it's terms, as the only system seniority list at LCC. Now maybe a merger or some other circumstance will come up and put an end to usapa.

This is the best free advice you will get in a long time, accept recall to the East. You will be a 190 Captain or wide body f/o in less than a year. But living in your parents basement, deciding what fanny pack to wear on a daily basis. while you wait for fergie to come through with his promises is more like your lazy style.

The lottery office will not cash your ticket, you will have to earn things in your lifetime.

Whew!....Umm....errr...OK then....The nice people from the institution will be there shortly. Take a few good, long, deep breaths and just try to relax for a minute or so. Just go with them and they'll take care the very best, loving care of you. :)

Well if you dumb-s*** westies had actually let USAPA do years ago what you are now saying we should "hurry up" and do, then this whole mess would have long been settled.

But NOOOOOOOO! You idiots had to talk some dumb-a** lawyer to take a non-ripe case to Judge Wake, and here we are so many years and dollars later looking at you saying: "Hurry up and get us a contract with DOH / DOH-lite. Get LCC to sign on the dotted line, and we will be "off to the races"!"

You moron. Your own actions are what is holding everything up.

Building an obvious case. I doubt there is a single person that doesn't know how this will play out. It'll be nice for judicial review.

I am raising my hand to answer your question about how it will play out. There has already been ample judicial review. My prediction, AOL and its crack legal team will be talking to USAPA soon.

Pretty much.....Had not the legal genius of the west's fine brain-trust become prematurely involved; some possiblility of a contract was to be had, at which point their fine courtroom fantasies could've been properly tried. Team tempe would've had no even slightly plausible excuses for their obvious delaying protocols. Oh well.

The only talking Leonidas will be doing with usapa is accept the unconditional surrender.

BTW why are you talking at all? You are not a pilot at us airways.

If the east pilots had lived up to your agreement and not wasted millions of dollars on some dumb ass lawyer we would all be better off.

BTW we still have the same lawyer and still trust him. How about you?

Figured out he lead you down the wrong path.
