I'm not even worried about that. Wall street will make sure some investment is made there. 
 
What I want to see is better staffing and better training/easier to use systems and give more power to the agents. 
 
Oh and less of the DGS s**t show would be nice too!.

Would be nice for AA to do the same. Airways did it one time in the early 2000's. Its a nice gesture to show employees that their contribution matters and it will not hurt the bottom line.
