LGW is an interesting add. Opposite strategy of what they're doing at NRT, but I've always preferred it to LHR.

Perhaps Delta wants to test the waters for a competitive run at Virgin Atlantic. Isn't LGW Virgin's home base?

Delta already holds a 49% ownership stake in Virgin Atlantic.

No need to make a run at something you own and almost control.

Thanks. I didn't realize that Delta held that much of a stake in Virgin Atlantic, There have been so many mergers and buyouts over the past few years.
