Might be a good time for DL people to brush up on terms like "wet lease," "scope," and "LPP provisions."

Somewhat ironic, given how hard ALPA has been fighting against the Norwegian application.

If they cave on the shipping DL aircraft to an overseas LCC, well, that would just be hypocrisy at its finest.

Since the fa's don't have a contract I doubt they should be included as part of the wet lease , correct?

DL doesn't have enough aircraft now for the flying that is scheduled . Nor do they have enough pilots. This is from a blog that is referenced in a.net. Also known as the home of rumors.Which this is. It would have been a better rumor if they had said they were using old DL 763's that are in the dessert with leased crews from third world countries. That one would of had longer legs. But still not true.

Joint statement by alpa and DL stating that there is no validity to this rumor.

The SEA loss will be DTW AND ATL's gain

What flying will those bases be gaining to offset the (potential) loss of flying ex-SEA?
