Does anyone know when the TWA flight attendants filed their first lawsuit? Doen''t it seem possible that if they didn''t file before Sept 6 2001 that suits will be tossed out as well?

I'm no expert on the case, but I doubt it. The so-called "agreement" which we never agreed to wasn't agreed to by the company and union until Dec 17, 2001.

Yes, people are still getting messages, "banned from this site" due to "technical difficulties.
As to the TWA F/A lawsuits, their issues are decidedly different than the pilots. They are the only unionized workgroup totally eliminated from AA, and the only group totally denied the process that AA promised to the Congress. They have a much more substantial case than the pilots.

L1011Ret is correct. The case filed against the APFA is a different animal. Does anyone have any further info or timeline related to the lawsuit?

SKY, do you mean APFA? AA is also a defendant. Timeline appears as uncertain while certain legal issues are resolved in the background.

Oops! I fixed it L1011Ret. Thank you.
