Does price influence your expectation of service on an airline?

    Hello everyone!

    I am an MSc Marketing student at Queen Mary University of London and I am currently completing my dissertation.
    My topic is on services marketing with a focus on the airline industry.
    After spending a few months reading through the forums and attempting to find a gap in literature, on the effect of Price on Customer Expectations, Satisfaction & Loyalty.

    As some of you may know I would be in dire need for some good ol' data, therefore I would be so grateful if you guys can have a go at it. The survey is very straight forward and should take less than 10 minutes to complete. The last response of the survey will be recorded on the 25th of August 2017. (Don't Miss Out!)

    Hopefully, we will all benefit from the insights I aspire to achieve through this study. All findings will be shared on this thread on the 3rd of September 2017.
