Some techs were upgrading a network switch, and it went badly...

They weren't able to back out the change (which says they didn't create the equivalent of a restore point or have a good backup), and they also weren't able to connect the "hey, nothing's working" with the timing of the network change...

Not sure if they were HP(EDS) or AA employees. Why they were doing that in the middle of the day is another question altogether.
