ETC down again

The company extended the usage date of 06 passes yet the system can't handle the overload again. I have one left to pay for but, no luck on a last minute purchase. Any one try calling the pass line or is this only purchase through ETC???

Says, system is unable to get screen id from shares??
 
What I as a customer have been told by someone who ought to know is that there are new servers in the works.

Apparently the next round of IT infrastructure enhancements will be implemented after the SHARES cutover in March.

I also get the impression that the internal web site you speak of is run on the same servers as the commercial website which explains alot right there.

Interesting to see the tail wag the dog.

Seems to me that if USAir had a CEO worth a dump company policy would be that the IT department should work for the airline and not the other way around.
 
I just booked three 2 US and one HP took two tries for HP
but got all done
