Forbes Article on Trainer

your attempts at trying to shut down any negative criticism of your company is duly noted.

There is nothing worthy about continuing to dig yourself into a hole because you don't understand the basic principles of accounting or mgmt. of long-term assets = not for DL, not for CP, not for KR.

DL bought Trainer with long-term goals in mind, they are achieving the first part of those goals, and will continue to refine them long after you give up arguing about points you do not understand. and no one expects that you will see the light any time soon.

and some people are worried about how much posting goes on by some users.

I'm not the one that is so sensitive about DL, DL subsidiaries or DL skyteam partners.
You're the one that had a meltdown yesterday about an article that didn't portray the situation at AF as pretty.

You're the only poster that defends every single DL decision.
You're the poster that on a regular basis fabricates data or makes up statements to portray DL in a "better than any airline".
You're posting these fairy tales on every single airline board.
You're the poster that gives out backhanded compliments to every other airline.
You're forum cancer.
You're the idol worshiper.  The amount of time and the number of posts on here prove it.
You're the only poster that is repeatedly caught lying, repeatedly corrected and still refuses to accept / admit any error.

You're in need of major/serious medical attention.
You are delusional if you continue to believe that 1 single DL-owned refinery is influencing worldwide price of fuels.
You're the one living in denial as there are numerous experts/analysts that have shown that DLs purchase of the refinery was not the best corporate decision.
That's the Whole Truth.

get over it.

if DL deserves to be defended, why do you have the hard on (your words) that they get a good word and AA doesn't?

grow up.

honestly.

and again, what does it matter to you if someone has either, or what do you think you will accomplish even if your assertion is true?

you have been motivated for weeks to post to try to keep anything good from being said about DL.

grow up and realize the world doesn't always give equal pats on the back for everyone.

With all the money spent to get a mothballed refinery going and upgraded I doubt they have recouped all their money invested in trainer.
And if DL were making $1 million a day profit, we know damn well, you wouldn't be here mentioning it. Don't want to shine any kind of positive light on evil corporations, during a union drive.....do we?
Take your negative drivel elsewhere!

DL made a lot more than $1 million a day profit in 2014 (closer to >$7.5 million/day if my math is correct?).

Bless Southwind's heart,

He isnt the brightest bulb in the box and Trainer is not Delta Airlines, it is a wholly owned subsidiary.

Was referring to the Trainer facility posting the profit by itself and how 700 and his kind only mention DL in a negative light.
Wonder how unions would survive if there were no companies to infiltrate, maybe the union could have a union within itself!

Ignorance is bliss, and Bless Yer Heart.

The IAM has an internal union, all the reps and a lot of the staff are in the IAM Reps Association and have a CBA with the IAM.

Try again.

If a union did something good for an employee group could you say it?

Thanks to everyone for doing the math - it's clear this has been a cash drain - so when you hear about trapped cash - please point back to the money pit this has been - DL has spent almost what AA has in trapped cash

As we all know someone struggles with math - the accumulated negative outlay is ~$500 MM
