Doug needs a mentor. There is literally right now, from the frontline employees, pilots, flight attendants, mx and related, fleet, gate agents and to passengers, a feeling that American is metaphorically an Eastern bloc country from the 70s and 80s. Time to change the plane color back to silver. Then again, maybe its the whole country. Company and country needs more Hallmark and less article 32. Anyone know any good finance guys from Hallmark. When and where directed, gray airplanes. gray skies, gray employees. Started with Carty, paused with Arpey, paused with hope with Doug and then he fired all the good people and doesn't know what kind of airline he's running.
