Answer him? Are you kidding? He's an uninformed member, that's all. He's a pissed off member at his ALR that will never show up at his station to give them an update. If I were him, and all others at his station, which are not sounding off as he is, I would make absolutely make time to attend one of the "road show" informational meetings that AMFA is putting on over the next couple of months and ask every single question he wants answered. He should NOT come out here in internet land and try to search for his answers. He should get involved and get his own questions answered from the horeses mouth period.

I am informed just tired of the same answers , with no end in sight. I work everyday , just like everyone else. I don't have to come on a board for an Airline I don't work for, and tell them what their problems are. They know what their problems are. Their hopes are just like us hope they can make a descent living, and retire someday , and not have to put up with all the politics or crap anymore.There is nothing I can say to the American guys, and neither can you Swamt to change their situation.

AA that letter is 100% Fleet related since it was written by my TWU Local 568 President. But I have been engaging him on Facebook so if he's here on Forums somewhere hiding in the weeds, he shouldn't be commenting at all.

And actually he's been doing a pretty good job at defending his action of writing that letter (somewhat) so far.

Far from it Al. I just think what it does by sending the E Mail (As written) to both Parker, Isom and other top level management is defeat the purpose of the protest we had here only a few short weeks ago. It smacks of Benedict Arnold type treason.

It should have been an appreciation sent to the MIA Station Manager Ralph Lopez only, with the acknowledgment to the Local Management members who went the extra mile during the crisis. With copies sent to both Department heads and the TWU Local 568 Executive Board.

Instead we had a maverick Dictator who chose to speak for the entire MIA collective.
