Article from Friday's The Miami Herald referring to ATA's return to MIA mentions the immenint arrival of jetBlue to MIA:
ATA, the first discount carrier to qualify for MIA's new incentive program, will get a waiver on all landing fees for one year. JetBlue Airways, which serves Fort Lauderdale, is also expected soon to announce new service to Miami from various cities, including New York, Boston, Washington, D.C., and possibly others, beginning next year, sources said.

Come on jetBlue! Announce this already. This has to be one of the worst kept secrets in the industry right now. The incentive program they are getting from MIA to wave landing fees will actually make their per-passenger costs at MIA less than those at FLL, though for only one year, after which the per passenger costs will skyrocket (though still less than DEN and SEA and comparable to JFK).
