On June 1st, 2010, we'll begin nonstop, five-times weekly service from Detroit Metro Airport (DTW) to Seoul's Incheon International Airport (ICN). And the next day, we'll kick off five-times weekly service from Detroit to Hong Kong International Airport (HKG).

DTW will become one of the top 3 gateways from the US to Asia. NRT, NGO, PVG, ICN, HKG... not a bad lineup.

Hope it provides a shot in the arm to all of Michigan as well as the DL people who work there.

Sorry if I'm wrong, but I believe that DTW has always been a top gateway to Asia. This doesn't sound like ground breaking news to most.

Isn't this the real reason Dick and Doug ransacked NWA? NWA has owned these routes for years, scratch that, decades.
