Mainline Pilot and Flight Attendant jobs are now outsourced to Republic, Mesa, AW, etc.

Most ato & res jobs are no longer needed, everything is self service now, more to come. It's a good thing, because at current $-scales, new talent is not entering this career. As soon as the economy turns around, what little is left will exit.....
