Solyndra was only in the millions FoxConn....a company that vowed to help make America Great again, got $4 billion in "incentives" to create 13,000 jobs. They revised that downward to 1500 jobs. That's only $2.6 million per job. I wonder what those jobs will pay.

You obviously fail to realize that tax credits aren't front loaded. You obviously didn't watch, nor listen to the video you linked to. Tax credits will be based on actual numbers of currently employed. If Foxxconn doesn't fulfill the terms of agreement then said tax credits will not be realized.

Unlike Solyndra, money is not being handed over to them without hitting agreed upon targets. If Foxxconn fails to meet those targets, then no $$$.

Foxconn’s contract includes $1.5 billion in tax credits for job creation and another $1.35 billion for capital investment. The company has to hit aggressive hiring timelines to be eligible for the jobs credits, and the investment credits can be prorated if the company falls short on jobs.
