The thing that really frightens me is the number of people who seem to take pride in the fact that they don't know (or care) about the difference between your and you're. And, it's not just people on this forum. A whiIe back, I called an editor at a local publication about a sentence that should never have been printed. It made no sense whatsoever. (For starters, there was no verb in the sentence that was 3-lines long, standard newspaper column width.) The editor's opinion was basically "So what?" When I was growing up, the newspapers and (then new) TV news broadcasters, such as Walter Cronkite, were the gold standard for written and spoken English. Now I hear the major news broadcasters misusing the reflexive pronoun, myself, on an almost daily basis.
But, don't get me started.

Whats wrong with you already Jim. There mostly right when they do them stories and also all of us reading this stuff get what they are writing and if we dont then we can still figure out what they our trying to say even then.
