Just wanted to let you folks know you made my life not only a little easier, but brought a smile to it. I fly for that NEW AND IMPROVED low cost carrier. 3rd airline for me. 17 years with them. Well I got transfer AGAIN! 
I use to willingly commute from PHX to PIT. Then bit the bullet and moved here. Well now I'm based in Filthadelphia. The commute is UGGGGLLLLY. So I've been flying you guys instead. Beats sitting between two fat people who want to tell me all about their worst flight, flying in a little tin can, wondering "am I going to get on with 3 seats available and 46 non rev's listed...I can just walk over, receive a smile, hear a joke and have a window seat. Everyone is nice. It's always great to get a slap on the back....so thanks....good job!
