Yawn. You said that last year.

Oh, and the year before that.

And the year before that.

And here you are on LOA 93.

Classic.

Kind of like when the idiot said, "something wonderfull is going to happen," in reference to the snapbacks. Note: It's not that I thought the east didn't need a payraise, just reality.

Everyone else, including the company lawyers knew it had a 0 (read that ZERO) chance of winning. How in the *%&# can one group be so clueless.

Where is the AOL<spin on the JUDGE SILVER DJ, C'MON CLEAR SPIN IT!

What spin is needed?

Usapa comes off the Nic, and the West has the powerful evidence to nail home the PAIN of an unquestionably ripe DFR!

Real simple.....oh, and Silver affirmed that usapa inherited the Nic, something the union busting scab lawyer lied to you morons about, and something Tashima tried to tell you but you were too stupid to listen.

Our patience is coming to an end,” Hummel said he told Parker and other executives (LCC) yesterday in a regular quarterly meeting at the airline’s Tempe, Arizona, headquarters. “We are not opposed to a merger. However, we do not have confidence in management’s ability to integrate the employees because of your track record. http://www.businessweek.com/news/2012-10-26/us-airways-ceo-reaps-union-criticism-amid-bid-for-amr

Hey luv...been making that SnapBack wage since 01/01/10?

Didn't think so....

I'll bet Hummel's patience is wearing thin....problem is not that the company can't integrate the employees, the issue is why would they want to when a scab union is willing to undercut pay and benefits all in house for them?

What are you bored? That article is from two months ago.

That explains all the progress we've made in the past two months toward an industry standard contract.
Negotiations are under the jurisdiction of the NMB and they decided to wash their hands of the whole mess created by USAPA until a federal court gives a definitive answer on the Company's Hobson's Choice predicament. The only way for negotiations to proceed is for USAPA to notify the NMB that they are ready to accept the NIC for section 22 and they would like to re-open negotiations on the other sections. Other than filing an appeal with the 9th there is nothing Management or the west pilots can do to move the process forward an inch so long as USAPA remains committed to abrogating their DFR as it relates to seniority.

Sounds like the FAs are on recess with their negotiations as well following a failed ratification vote of a negotiated TA. Guess the NMB doesn't think there is much more work that can be done with that group either.
