SAD PART OF THIS IS IT WILL PROBABLY NEVER CHANGE!

GO CHICAGO …..

Wow, is Illinois and Chicago great or what?

Perhaps the U.S. should pull out of Chicago ?

Body count: In the last six months 292 killed (murdered) in Chicago .

221 killed in Iraq AND Chicago has one of the strictest gun laws in the entire US.

President: Barack Hussein Obama

Senator: Dick Durbin

House Representative: Jesse Jackson Jr.

Governor: Pat Quinn

House leader: Mike Madigan

Atty. Gen.: Lisa Madigan (daughter of Mike)

Mayor: Rahm Emanuel

The leadership in Illinois - all Democrats.

Thank you for the combat zone in Chicago .

Of course, they're all blaming each other.

Can't blame Republicans; there aren't any!

Chicago school system rated one of the worst in the country.

Can't blame Republicans; there aren't any!

State pension fund $78 Billion in debt, worst in country.

Can't blame Republicans; there aren't any!

Cook County ( Chicago ) sales tax 10.25% highest in country.

Can't blame Republicans; there aren't any!

This is the political culture that Obama comes from in Illinois .

And he is going to 'fix' Washington politics for us???

George Ryan is no longer Governor; he is in the big house. Of course he was replaced by Rob Blajegovitch who is...that's right, also in the big house. And Representative Jesse Jackson Jr. resigned a couple of weeks ago. That is because he is fighting being sent to...that's right, the big house.

The Land of Lincoln , where our governors make our license plates.

But you know what? As long as they keep providing entitlements to the population of Chicago , nothing is going to change, except the state will go broke before the country does.

While we're at it consider these facts?

TEN POOREST CITIES

The top ten cities with estimated percentages of People Below the Poverty Level.

1. Detroit , MI 32.5%

2. Buffalo , NY 29.9%

3. Cincinnati , OH 27.8%

4. Cleveland , OH 27.0%

5. Miami , Fl 26.9%

6. St. Louis , MO 26.8%

7. El Paso , TX 26.4%

8. Milwaukee , WI 26.2%

9. Philadelphia , Pa 25.1%

10. Newark , NJ 24.2%

What do all these top ten cities with a population of over 250,00 with the highest poverty rate have in common?

Detroit , MI (1st) hasn't elected a Republican mayor since 1961.

Buffalo , NY (2nd) hasn't elected a Republican mayor since 1954.

Cincinnati , OH (3rd) hasn't elected a Republican mayor since 1984.

Cleveland , OH (4th) hasn't elected a Republican mayor since 1989.

Miami , FL (5th) has never had a Republican mayor.

St. Louis , MO (6th) hasn't elected a Republican mayor since 1949.

El Paso , TX (7th) has never had a Republican mayor.

Milwaukee , WI (8th) hasn't elected a Republican mayor since 1908.

Philadelphia , PA (9th) hasn't elected a Republican mayor since 1952.

Newark , NJ (10th) hasn't elected a Republican mayor since 1907.

Abraham Lincoln said the following: "You cannot help the poor by destroying the rich. You cannot strengthen the weak by weakening the strong. You cannot bring about prosperity by discouraging thrift. You cannot lift the wage earner up by pulling the wage payer down. You cannot further the brotherhood of man by inciting class hatred. You cannot build character and courage by taking away people's initiative and independence. You cannot help people permanently by doing for them, what they could and should do for themselves."

Einstein once said, 'The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.'

It is the poor who habitually elect Democrats yet they are still POOR!

And Mr. Obama, you are no Abe Lincoln!

Get the picture?

Of the past four governors in Illinois three have been republicans. In fact one of the three has just been released from federal prison. So in the case of Illinois one has to point the finger at both parties.

Yeah yeah yeah.

And this countries' debt burden grew under republican leadership. And we were attacked under republican leadershi. And the stock market tanked under republican leadership, and our financial system nearly crashed and burned under republican leadership, we entered two needless wars with no exit strategy under republican leadership, True, certain local areas with only dems in lead are suffering but the republicans brought suffering to a national level. And for generations. Be sure to thank your grand kids for me for paying our debts.

I'll start with whoever convinced us that hussein had bio/ chemical weapons ready to go and was wrong.

And will add, whoever thought lax banking regulations would strenghthen our country but were wrong.

Then finish with whoever thought it was a good idea that tax cuts to stimulate the economy but were wrong

Try Bill Clinton signing the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act into law.

Tax cuts did stimulate the economy but they spent more than they took in (just like Barrack is doing on steroids)
