I remember back in 97, wolf and gangwhal made every employee go to this retarded traing course in CLT, called something like creating the carrier of choice.. and then the next year they had another one right after they hired all the ex AA employees in mgmt it was called creating impressions of excellence...

I sure they spent millions, talk about pissing money away.
