Does anyone realize this is a very risky merger, and just because investors are throwing money at it doesn't mean it will be successful?

The loudmouths name is Seymour Licht . He has some past history with the company and in the print edition of the AZ republic it mentions that he has past legal agreements that have prevented him from going to shareholder meetings in the past.

Why don't you quit sh1tting in peoples' lemonade? The one thing that is certain is that if nothing is done, we will liquidate. You'd be b1tching about that too! People like you just need to leave the company because you are too tainted.
