Yes I am still here Luke. I am satisfied with the decision and am happy we went thru this process. if we had voted in AFA last year we may not have gotten an adjustment for training. I stated back last year that if the seniority commitee found that DOH was the most fair and equitable then i would support it. They did and so now I support it. I just didnt want to bypass having the right to look at the issue. I still disagree with AFA's automatic policy of DOH in their bylaws becuase there may be another situation where that may not be the fairest way to intergrate. that is just my opinion. But i am happy with the results as my percentile ranking did not move much in the merged list.
