There's this thing called "Google" that you can use to actually verify the messages in meme's. Couple of things with this meme that I found using that simple tool. First...it's the McCarran WALTER (not Warner) Act and it addressed communists and not muslims. Who needs Russia when SO many Americans see it on Facebook and accept it without question.

Head south to Georgia. my uncle live in Conyers (just east of Atlanta) and there were pretty regular "cross burnings" just outside of towns. I think sheets were optional though...you know, kind of like how Catholic nuns don't have to wear habits anymore.
