To Proceed with Lawsuit, US Airways Must Pay Sabre $6 Million

Pre-merger, AA sued Sabre for antitrust violations, alleging that Sabre was organizing an illegal boycott of AA because of AA's attempts to build an alternate distribution system where AA could add on numerous ala carte options. In late October, AA and Sabre settled the lawsuit with Sabre paying AA about $280 million. Odd that US' suit against Sabre is still dragging on.
