Trump Impeachment Discussion

Successful executives never listened to you for obvious reasons.
Trump should have. He was told that taking on so much debt to build the Taj Mahal wasn't a good idea as it was going to pull customers from his other two casinos. Trump knew better. They went bankrupt.

Underlings told him that installing heavy, plush carpeting and marble sink tops on an airplane wasn't a good idea as the extra weight meant fewer passengers, and people on a plane with 6 seats across weren't expecting bizjet amenities on an hour long flight, but Trump knew better. It went bankrupt.

Trump was told that the USFL wasn't ready to compete with the NFL in the winter. Trump knew better. They won a $3 settlement in a lawsuit and the league folded.

He's successful at marketing his name, but as an executive, he really should listen to his underlings.

Oh yeah....on foreign policy...I thought denuclearization was the only thing Trump would accept from North Korea. Kim still has his nukes and Trump is fine with it. He got his photo op.

Might want to up the dosage on your meds. Obviously they have lost all effectiveness.

Reading comprehension has never been your strongest skill. Ever.

No go back and read what I wrote.

But I did the writing. You did the reading. Try rereading what I wrote and tell me what was inaccurate about it.

FWIW, it was written in response to your post about successful executives. I said Trump wasn't a successful executive and gave examples to support that statement. You responded that I needed to change my meds. So....what was inaccurate in what I wrote?

And I said that no executive ever would ask for your advice on anything. And most likely never have either.

And there’s an obvious reason why.

Take a guess why that is.

How many successful executives have you advised? FWIW, while it wasn't "advice", I did chat with Ross Perot - a really rich guy who was also successful...at least no bankruptcies, who I am pretty sure was worth more than the addled idiot in the white house. I think he weighed what I and others were telling him when making decisions. Trump dispenses with the niceties and goes with this gut. Bankrupting casinos, a casino holding company, and an airline. Speaking of which...are you agreeing with me that Trump isn't a successful executive?

Ross Perot the failed independent candidate?

Guess what he had never achieved that Trump has?

Elected as President.

Check mate.

You know, if you say that the way you wrote it, you would sound like an Australian asking for the tab.

In the grand scheme of things, I think Trump would envy Ross....After all, Perot was wealthier than Trump will ever be. Had more class too. And didn't get a million bucks from daddy to start build his fortune. Trump or Perot....who was the successful executive?

How did Perot build his fortune?
