"But commercial flights still allowed." ????? Does he ever think anything through. What the hell is the purpose of commercial flights to Cuba if no one is allowed to travel there for business or family reasons?
Traveling to Cuba for vacations/pleasure purposes was and is not allowed. It will be interesting to see how the airlines deal with this considering that there was already overcapacity in the U.S. to Cuba market.
