I assume you already know about our proffit sharing-HOWEVER- this is not guarenteed compensation, it was 5.7% this last year. Tot co. comp towards retirement is about 12.5% as high as 14.5%.
You guys should have all the numbers when comparing contracts. As posted above, as written by the company (UPS) it doesn't include all the numbers. Now I do understand that they did not know about the extra 2% currently being offered by our co., as this just came out within the last month or so. Post updates please...

Good for them. $50 an hour is every ones next goal.

We have heard as high as $53 per hour. Is this true? Ours is up in one more year, but we are going in early to get a jump start.
