That's one of those things that just burns me. They (management) don't get the planes off on time. We, the workers do. Pilots, flight attendants, agents, rampers and the tower. No one else.

We should be the only ones getting a bonus. Not everyone in the company....including DP!

We've been doing this (pushing on time) from the get-go yet HQ via the Board Of Directors slipped that one through (bonus program) so they could skim profits. And that's all it is....skimming profits.....and patting themselves on the back for it.

I totally agree, and think it is where this whole problem revolves.....it should be public knowledge. I just emailed Ted Reed, asking him why it is never mentioned that they get huge bonuses for ontime performance. For us? $50....yeah right....it's worth it. Put safety on the line for those good ol boys.

This has nothing to do with the NIC......it is about the current bonus program for management and trying to push the airline in the area of safety in order to attain that goal.

The ONLY thing standing up for what is right is the Capt's authority, and you guys in the West have totally forgotten that you are professional pilots, criticizing the East pilots for doing what is right, while we are using the only power they have for fighting this kind of greed.

No support from your sorry asses, since the NIC is all you care about.

Typical Easthole myopic victimization. You want good profit sharing like swa and Alaska? $50.00 not good enough? Negotiate it. My Alaska buddies profit sharing was 18k last year. Can't negotiate? Why? Maybe because you idiots cut your nose off to spite your faces and tried to cheat the system? Everything is about the nic. Award because everything now hinges on it in federal court...which you may have noticed is a bit slow. The result will be over a decade on LOA 93. You're getting what you deserve. Now, I understand the politics in all of this and know that there are unfair things for both sides, but it is also about standing up for what is right....as far as management pushing safety issues.
