At least Boeing didn't pull a NW on them and permantly replace them. Maybe that's the real victory.

Ha,

I will gladly give back my measly 1.5% payraise per year for the next three years, in exchange for my 17.5% paycut, 5 paid holidays, and 5 paid vacation days back.
 
There also was something about cost of living adjustments. Somewhere around 1% according to my local paper here. Which we do have IAM represented Boeing employees that are on strike.
