Here goes Guys! The demolition for the move to the Willis Towers later this year has started. I know some of our counterparts at CAL with whom We've been in touch with recently were hoping there might be some sort of reprieve in coming to work in Downtown Chicago, but frankly?? They're even More committed to the move now, even WITH the merger and Mayor Daly is rubbing his Greedy hands together because He's hit the MOTHERLODE! Boeing, United, and Airbus all with Major offices here in Chicago. They have the room, they have the $35M from the cuty and We (Employees) have the "Weenie"!! Well At EAST they're buying new Furniture for the move.. I can't WAIT to see the 'IT' platform that CAL comes up with since they're going to have the 'IT base in Houston for the new combined company. This is gonna be GOOD!
I've resigned myself to the move since I KNOW there's not going to be a doggone thing I can do about it! OCC Here we COME! PEACE!
