    Worked my final shift last night in ROC ...will now look to the future without US after 22+ years, I will be recieving my first severance check on the anniversary of the very first day I walked in the place how ironic!     How about paying all the fleet service the same wage for doing the same or more work rather than dividing them and stop the outsourcing of the 18 stations on the block!

    I am just trying to understand the term I know whats left for pentions all though where I work there are several that have retirement paperwork submitted. What got US in this mess in my opinion was offering LPP after the mergers which amounted in over 800 million in costs per year for the next 3 years after the mergers coupled with a declining economy.     Pit Selected As Hub For New, Low-fare Airline

    I was just watching the today show and they had Richard Branson on ...the question was asked about him starting a low cost airline in the US and he was pretty candid and said within 6-8 months and that he was talking to a few airlines to buy rather than start from scratch... could this be related?
