I heard the f/a's came to an agreement but nothing was put in writing yet. I did hear the mechanics have not agreed on anything yet. That was as of Wednesday. Rumor has it the pilot's came to an agreement also, but I have not seen anything stating that as a definite.

Hopefully there will be some news at the beginning of next week. The unions have until the 24th to come to an agreement. If they do not agree on terms, then Allegheny will cease operations.

There will not be any seniority issues to deal with. The unions have 10 days to work out merging issies. If they are not worked out Allegheny is gone. Why would any of the Piedmont unions want to add people from Allegheny and possibly loose some of their employees in the process.

cavalier and lavman, I am a mechanic and every time you work on an a/c it should be by the book. if what your talking about is a work slowdown, then thats against the law. You have to do every job by the book. If not then when an a/c crashes it's your butt that could end up in jail or being sued...
