I was speaking to one of the people named in the lawsuit. He has yet to have anything dismissed. You would think the company would’ve motioned for dismissal upon ratification.

I believe it will be signed the 12th

They haven’t dropped the suits yet.

Not only do we gotta lose some of the bad apples, but they NEED to drop the lawsuit against us and our ALRs.

We had always heard June 5th paycheck, has something changed? I saw some email floating around (don’t even know if it’s real) saying August 5th check. Seems pretty lengthy. The only thing we know for sure is our retro within 30 days.

If that’s the way you feel, then you should just cast a ‘no’ vote now- you don’t seem to think the language in the contract is worth it. I understand wanting to know your number, but the information is in the contract to get you a ballpark figure.

Our economist is only 1 guy doing all the math for all ~2500+ people. Last time he had the added time of road shows, etc to get a head start on figuring it all out. We’ll have the numbers before the voting ends. If you feel the need to wait, then wait. Cut the guy some slack, he’s doing...
