Contract vote fail 53% no.

Couple months ago the IBT airline division disbanded the negotiating committee and took over the negotiations. Last week they told the members the company gave a last best final offer and IBT is not endorsing it but they are going to send it to the members for a vote.

Third qtr 2025 profit 1.3 billion, 2nd qtr was 1 billion. Flight atts still dont have anything, they are 5 or 6 years late with nothing in the worst cost of living increase ever. No mechanic contract either although they are getting $3.49 reset Dec 1 due to being behind delta and american.

But no money for mech or flt att contracts.

They offered a **** sandwich worse than the last years extension offer. This one cancels the bridge medical and cancels the pension and replaces it with something else. Also sends more heavy maint overseas.

The last update I saw on this on the company site is 4 years old and it says valid only at fedex office and fedex company owned locations. Not at any of the contracted stores.

Last week the IBT nego committee gave their economic proposal to the company. Nego are scheduled at SFO this week.

I havent used it in a few years but we got a 75% discount on express, not ground. I did that many times at the fedex office that is right at IAH on JFK. Take your UAL badge.

I was told the 5% Delta raise misses the date at which the reset looks at AA and DL so it wont be counted for this Dec reset. So it wont get counted until the following year.

The pcl issue is a problem for the company because they cant get anyone to work graveyard shift. Most of the guys on graves are on it because of no seniority and some of them try and PCL their whole graves work week and then pick up an overtime shift and or a one way trade on days or swings and...

A lot of guys saying theyre voting no but I bet it passes anyway.

IBT said they mailed out voting credentials on mar27. Then the vote will be online. Will probably be a month or so to be done and announced.
