The expansion to International flying will only become greater due to the AA-BA deal. No wonder the company really wants us all to be both domestic and international (among other reasons).
The article's title is misleading. SJU hasn't been a hub for a long time.
There is no reason to have two hubs (MIA and SJU) so close together. MIA, especially with the new terminal, can do it all, and attract business traffic as well, which SJU has trouble doing.
I voted for Michael Parker. I considered the other candidates and eliminated each for various reasons. I don't think Michael has ever been based in NY so I don't think I've ever met him.
I couldn't vote for that guy Morales from Dallas because I've heard too many things from people based there...
