This is NOT true!!! That's what the "No Direction" want you to believe because they are incapable of arguing the language in a grievance. I'll consider the PM request. HnP

You guys got your "Pocket Sized" contracts yet??? What's it been, a year and a couple of months that it was contractually due? Hey AGCs, how are these talks going?

This policy was the first one your Company handed your ND-08 AGC's after they got elected and your new AGC's said they were going to arbitrate the sick policy, that was...oh yeah...a YEAR ago!!! How many agents have already been disiplined or terminated at US Airways because of this lack of...

Remember Tales we're talking about retirees selling back sick pay and not everyday sick use! Having said that, you are right, I was incorrect about the "half pay" if you will notice below according to your contract and pay scale, and I'm assuming your retirees are topped out, the rate you get by...

I just heard that US does have a "65" point plan but it isn't a retirement plan (if you're not retirment age). If you have the age and years of service that = 65 you can "resign" and retain your flight benefits but that does NOT include the benefit of the"sick leave half pay". You are still...

This morning, 1-8-09, Local Lodge 1725, CLT, voted to raise our already increased dues. In 2008 our dues were $39.00 a month, January 1, 2009 our dues were increased to $45.00 a month because the people we sent from CLT to the Grand Lodge Convention in 2008 agreed and voted for the increase. The...

Ain't buyin' it!!! The Company knows exactly what they're doing. They have the NoD08 right where they want them. The Company delays everything no matter how they have to do it, haven't you been paying attention the last 15 years?
