It was my understanding that the pensions of the Chief Pilots - not supervisory pilots but the Chief Pilots- are considered management pensions and are NOT going to be terminated. I don't know about the dues to ALPA. If someone knows better, please correct me. Chip?

Do you know what the bottom seniority number/year will be for remaining TWA flight attendants with this furlough? Just curious- had some former neighbors who were flight attendants years ago in STL. I believe they were hired in 1978. Thanks

I was told that at the ALPA retirement seminars, they gave information as to what would happen to the pensions for the pilots if the company filed for Chapter 7 or filed for a distress termination under Chapter 11. The PBGC would take over the fund, they do a breakdown in a pyramid type...
