Hope this helps. I think this is what you were looking for: http://www.unitedafa.org/news/bankruptcy/agreements/2010/comparison/default.aspx

    Eagle tarmac fine!

I flew through ORD that day (I fly for AA) and we were delayed less than an hour in and out. We did not sit on the tarmac waiting for a gate. I don't know the cause, but at the same time American Eagle was having a major meltdown in their operations at ORD. I have many good friends who fly for...

    Trip Report/Comment--AA JFK-MIA-JFK

Thank you, Jim. I've been sitting here horrified by what has been said by some of my co-workers. You put what I have been thinking into words much better than I could have.

AMR loses $452 million in first quarter, excluding special items

Actually, it's the union that it fighting this (although, I think you're right that it's something the membership would accept). The company's last proposal to APFA would have combined domestic and international within 48 months of contract signing. I had one of our union negotiators on a...

    Rumor Control!

Hmmm...that's interesting. I'm on the AA side in ORD and I've heard no yelling and screaming. As a matter of fact, I've heard nothing about this.

    APFA Constitution referendum results

I first heard it on the APFA weekly hotline that was emailed to me yesterday afternoon.

    Your APFA President

Didn't mean to single you out. It sounds like you have every reason to understand the frustrations of those of us who are/were displaced. That's terrible what happened to you. My response was to the the whole discussion. As far as the domestic transfer situation is concerned, which was...

    Your APFA President

It's not quite as cut and dried as this. Many of us DID move to our base city when we were hired 10 years ago. We were then furloughed and when we were recalled we were not given the option to return to that original base. It was either come back to a new base on the other side of the country...

    More Inflight internet access...finally!

I've had a completely different experience. Every flight that I've worked where the service was installed, it has worked and the passengers have loved it. I've had several use the service and not one complaint about the cost. I even had a passenger stop me in the terminal to ask me if we were...

    Layoffs announced at AA

Thanks for the reply. I can see both sides of the issue. I do want this to be a job worth returning to if I am ever called back.

    Layoffs announced at AA

Was this REALLY offered to APFA? As one of the 1200 expecting a furlough notice next week, I'm so disappointed if AA offered this option and our union turned it down. What would be the negatives of this other than the more senior members losing a little bit of pay? I've never heard of this...

    Ae

I was in the AE flight attendant class that began on Oct. 1. We were told that AE would continue hiring through next year. There were 13 of us in the class of 39 that were offered the recall to AA. Last I heard, 10 of the 13 of us had left AE training to return to AA.
