Regarding getting your SIDA badge, so long as you haven't been convicted of one of the disqualifying crimes (all serious felonies) you can still pass the background check. Just put the conviction on your application (don't lie) on you will be OK.

When you pick up a trip and are not bumped - does this decrease the times you'll be called? (it counts towards your hours, so it seems logical) Also, regarding the days off, how common is it for the 5 'moveable' days off to be moved? Thanks!
