The amendment to the House Appropriations Labor and Education bill did not pass. As a matter of fact, all amendments to this bill failed. Not because it was a bad amendment. But because the committee leaders wanted to pass a "clean" bill without anything controversial.

This is great news. I've basically given up flying US because of the long communte to DCA or BWI from my home. Looks like the Z Terminal doesn't require a shuttle ride.
