    Delta lays out COVID-19 response

@Kev3188 Delta asked for ramp workers to cut back to 3 or 4 days a week? Is that voluntary? Why do you think they'd do that when they may be getting grants that covers payroll? Is it to have or try to protect themselves from the Ready Reserves not reaching their annual hour limits?

They only consider it welfare of they give it to someone else, not when they get it.

Pilots have pay protection language in their CBA because if the planes don't take off, they wouldn't get paid. I believe they pay protection is for 73 hours a month, they were offered 55 hours (you state) We, FCS and AMT, get paid whether a particular flight takes off or not. The Early Out...

Cannot believe how no one believed they were in a position to go bankrupt in '03 or '11, but think this is a slam dunk scenario today. o_O

They didn't have any unincumbered money in 2011. Another fallacy. The fact that most still don't understand the reality of 2003 and 2011 leads us to the same but understanding the current situation. Amazing.

2003 & 2011 no one believed they would file bankruptcy, even after losing so much money Today, this airline has made more money in the last 5 years then in their entire history before that and suddenly NOW they're going to file? Not even a remote possibility.
