    AA and Labor Negotiations-2020

Crema, Why can’t you be honest with us here. You’re mad that the LUS folks were brought up to “your” wages in 2014. I maintained that we at LUS were paid the same except for when we had our 2nd BK agreement. Other than that all fleet were paid the same. Like Al said, you make it seem as if we...

    AA and Labor Negotiations-2020

I think that you are the jealous one. For the past 5 1/2 years all we heard is that you‘ll never keep your medical. You said the raise that EVERYBODY got was to cover the increase in premiums that we would have seen going to the AA insurance. If LAA had a chance, you would have forced us into...

JCBA=Joint Collective Bargaining Agreement. That means that they put two contracts together. They are not “tied” together. Combined if you will.

chellow, You are incorrect. If Fleet passes and MTC does not, then Fleet has a JCBA and MTC does not. Same as if MTC ratifies their AIP and Fleet does not, then MTC has a ratified JCBA and Fleet does not. They are not "tied" together. Where do people come up with this stuff? Honestly.

dfw gen, I hope that this CBA is a good hybrid of both, because there is a good amount of TWU language also I believe. I will judge when I see it in the mail and actually read the language. And thank you

    AA and Labor Negotiations-2020

The TWU and the IAM had an equal number of negotiators, Yet, you guys with your infinite wisdom, kept changing yours, so there was zero continuity with the TWU negotiators. The IAM had veto power for the first 2 years, then the TWU for the next 2, and so on. So how did you not get an equal...

    AA and Labor Negotiations-2020

Don't kid yourself, AA was in BK or right out of BK when we got that agreement. Doesn't matter how, but ole Doug was not in charge of the merged airline then was he? So taking insurance out of it, what did the TWU lose? What is wrong with this AIP? I'm asking Fleet not MTC please.

    AA and Labor Negotiations-2020

What did the TWU lose because of the association? Not because of 2003 or bankruptcy, but because of the Association?

    AA and Labor Negotiations-2020

How exactly did the IAM steal the AA'er's right to vote? The IAM looked out it's members and the TWU did not. It is as simple as that. Hate the IAM all you want, but they did their job as a union and protected it's members. You wanna talk respect? The AA'er's, as you call yourselves, would have...

    AA and Labor Negotiations-2020

Rumor is, that the 737Max settlement will be added to the profit sharing. That being said, word on the street is that WN employees are getting roughly $7000 a piece. Maybe SWAMT can shed some light on this? Stark differences as to how company's treat their employees. DP see's us as a burden and...

    American Airlines and Labor Negotiations

Tim, Where is your proof that the IAM wants binding arbitration? You are just spewing lies to promote your own agenda. You have no idea what is proposed and what is not. All you have is "my guy on the inside" or my "reliable source". Without proof, you got nothing.

    American Airlines and Labor Negotiations

Neither can you. So why don't you post the offer that you have? Oh that's right, you can't. When you point a finger at somebody, remember, there are 3 pointing back at yourself.

    American Airlines and Labor Negotiations

Tim, You didn't address the issue. You are constantly creating a "fake narrative" to suit your own agenda. I challenge you to post the offer you have seen in its entirety. Language and all. Or will that kill all hope of you getting any more false information to post. You see tim, most of us...
