it does indeed. is there a busy time for logging? I'm assuming spring into summer but I'm from the other coast so not 100% familiar with the busy seasons for logging. I have a good idea of the comapnies to look into but if andone has any personal favorites I would love to hear about them,

The company I'm currently with has taken R22 guys and trained them in the past....so hopefully they'll take another :unsure: All the otehr "rampies" I'm working with are 206 endoresed except for 1. I keep reassuring myself that 10 hours on a jetbox won't mean much when it comes down to hiring...
I've been on another board recently that has mostly fixed wing members here in Canada. Over the last while there has been a huge problem with low time guys going out and buying PPC's to get jobs over guys who have been working on the ramp for X number of years.

A little birdy once told me a few years ago that it was once possible to go into the air force (already having a civiy cpl) as a Air Navigator and eventually becoming a pilot as experience and time was put in, even though he she did not have 20/20 vision uncorrected? Is this still possible today...

What about weird wind situations. Say you have a nice elongated are....road perhaps....but the wind is 90 degrees...
