I know that DL is not union. That said is there a contract and where can it be found? I work for US and wanted to see if it's possible to compare our contract to DL. Thanks!!!

    Cashless in the cabin

I think going cashless is great. I've often thought it dangerous that we have f/a's walking around and staying in hotels with hundreds of dollars. We could sell gift cards in $10 increments at the counter/gates and that would solve the issue with the folks who don't have credit cards.

    The Cookie Passenger

When I travel as a "normal" pax or non-rev I always bring something along for the crew. Most of the time candy that is sealed. I've had lots of pax give me candy, cookies and yes Krispy Kreme dounuts! We have a pax who hands out pens to f/a that says "flight attendants are here to save your...

US Pilots' Labor Thread 6/18-6/23-Stay on Topic and Observe the Rules

Me too!!! I've got an idea since we now are only a 3+ year old company (which sometimes seems more the age of some of it's employees). Why not set the order of seniority by age as of the date of merger. This will allow all to be captains before they retire. Just like the oldest kid passing...

Many f/a's are still on the 105. They can fly 105 company and then still pick up ETB time. They are not doing anything wrong as far as the contract. They are just taking advantage of what is available to them. As a reserve myself I a long time ago said I didn't think it fair that rsv's have...

What do you mean forced back? Even if given a bridge to medicare many just can't afford to leave. We have folks that are double and triple dipping that are medicare qualified that won't leave. Take a look at the gals on transatlantic that have 30+ years that still fly 90-110 hrs.

Looking at the USAirways East System Seniority List Jan. 2009 the last class hired was Jun. 25, 2001. I know for a fact that the f/a 4 from the bottom is back on property in CLT. So I guess that means all invol. furloughs are back. I know there are many people to took the buy out that have...

There are no "better" ideas. I'm amazed that the company is even planning on having an intepretor on the TLV flights and wouldn't be surprised if that goes away quickly. As far as our contract the LODO position is an "add" position. A LODO is not a requirement per the FAA and is considered a...
